Alhamdulillah selesai bengkel pengurusan bersama Rumah Titian Kaseh. Kali ini team Kindness Malaysia berkongsi modul untuk mantapkan lagi pengurusan rumah kebajikan. Biasanya inilah antara cabaran yang dihadapi oleh rumah-rumah kebajikan. Mereka mempunyai semangat luar biasa dan kesabaran yang tinggi untuk terlibat dalam dunia kebajikan, tetapi kurang mahir dalam pengurusan.
Seawal jam 8.30 pagi sukarelawan Kindness Malaysia tiba di Rumah Titian Kaseh dan bermula dengan forum bersama tiga orang panel iaitu Puan Fardillah Sabki, pengasas Rumah Al Haq dan Puan Fazilah seorang OKU penglihatan yang berjaya dalam perniagaan urut bersalin dan juga pengasas Rumah Titian Kaseh sendiri iaitu MakPah atau Puan Sharifah.

Forum ini berkongsi tentang isu serta cabaran dari perspektif masing-masing. Puan Fazilah berkata dengan kekurangan yang ada pada dirinya tidak menjadi penghalang untuk berjaya. Minat itu penting untuk mendorong diri sendiri ke arah kejayaan. Puan Fardilah pula berulang kali berpesan agar tidak putus asa bila berada dalam dunia kebajikan kerana kita semua dipilih untuk berada di jalan ini. Tuhan pilih siapa untuk ada di jalan kebajikan. Kerana tidak semua orang dipilih. Orang kaya yang mempunyai harta yang banyak pun tidak semestinya berada di jalan kebajikan katanya lagi.
Makpah pula menekankan pada ujian yang akan datang dan bagaimana kita menghadapinya. Bila kita berada di jalan yang mengajak orang untuk melakukan kebaikan, sudah pasti akan ada banyak ujian yang datang. Menurutnya lagi, untuk uruskan ibu-ibu tunggal, warga emas, anak yatim dan OKU pada waktu yang sama semestinya memerlukan kesabaran yang tinggi.

Selesai forum, pengurusan Rumah Titian Kaseh yang terdiri daripada ibu-ibu tunggal dan ustaz dari luar masuk dalam kumpulan untuk berbincang dengan lebih teliti pendekatan yang sesuai yang dapat digunakan di Rumah Titian Kaseh.
Saya sangat simpati apabila mendengar kisah-kisah yang dikongsikan oleh Makpah. Mengapa seorang perempuan itu menjadi seorang ibu tunggal biasanya adalah kerana si suami yang tidak faham tanggungjawab mereka sebagai seorang lelaki. Dan didikan agama itu penting sekali.
Bengkel selesai jam 2 petang dengan perbentangan dari setiap kumpulan dan resolusi untuk jadikan Rumah Titian Kaseh lebih baik di masa akan datang.
